Key Findings

39% of young people have used AI for emotional support.

32% had worked with a human expert before.

74%

of those that hadn’t worked with an expert were curious about doing so at some point.

62% stated they were not comfortable with the idea of using AI alone for emotional support.

15% had used both AI and human expert support, those using both finding it helpful.

76% were more positive about the us of AI as an addition to a care journey led by a human expert.
